Combined League requests must be submitted for approval before immediately following registration and prior to tryouts and draft. The application must be signed and approved by Regional Headquarters before any teams can be formed. No more that three (3)_ leagues can combine with a request to be combined for All-Stary play. A League at any level, (Minors, Majors, Jrs etc. cannot request combined league play on more than one (1) Combined League Application. (A league having players in the same division cannot cannot divide their players into any other leagues except the leagues shown on the original application). All players must be registered in the League whose boundaries the reside in!!! Approval of Combined League Play is a function of the International Rules Committee and has to be submitted through the District Administrator for his approval and signature before it will be considered by the Regional Office and subsequently Little League International.
